Owner of Groundwork Performance, Dr. Augé is Board Certified Chiropractic Physician, specializing in Active Release Techniques (ART®). She is one of a team of elite instructors for ART®, and currently serves on the Technique Advisory Board. She is also certified with Titleist Performance Institute (TPI),  Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA™), Functional Movement Systems (FMS™). 

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Nancy Augé is an accomplished student of biomechanics, anatomy, kinesiology and the body’s adaptability to change. 

Over the course of her career she has treated thousands of athletes and performers at all levels of expertise. Clients include members of professional baseball, hockey and figure skating;  U.S. Olympic track and field; Ironman World championship; UC Berkeley and USF track and field teams; and Broadway performers in productions of Mama Mia, Lion King and Wicked.

On a personal note, Dr Augé is recently transplanted to Sonoma county, from the greater San Francisco area, where she practiced for 13 years. She is thrilled to remain near the Bay (Healdsburg in Sonoma County, near Santa Rosa) but far enough away to enjoy a simpler life. Most recent interests include hiking, biking, running, functional movement training, roller blades, hula hoops. Her past colored by two decades of jumping out of airplanes , two world records and a stint on an air show demo team.
